DeleteI recently discovered that Waraich is a poet AND a translator. He writes poems to practice his English. He also translates poems from Urdu (Pakistan) to English. He is very talented. I hope he will share his poems and translations on the blog soon.

Can you tell me: Why do you like the American accent? I often hear people say that they prefer the British accent, that it sounds more "proper" or "correct."
Also, did you really begin learning English after you moved to New York City? You speak and write so well. Did you learn any English in school in Pakistan?
